You wake up with a smile, feeling calm and at ease. You hear the birds singing; you smell the sweet smell of fresh morning air. Your day begins with a sense of hope and optimism. You anticipate a day filled with love, fun and laughter. You feel light, you feel vital and energetic, and you feel great as you see yourself in the mirror for the first time today. You smile and think to yourself, “I look good. I feel good. Wow, life is great.”
My friend, this is your future.

These are great positive thoughts , have you read them somewhere or are your own ?
I usually wake up kind of tired in the morning since I go to bed late ,but after a strong black coffee eventually with some whipped cream over , thins are soooo different  ...I begin to feel like you wrote calm and ease and full of life with a sense of hope .
