seriously i think that it is important to keep not just a positive mindset but also remember to see the funny side of things.
don't be afraid of telling a joke, no matter how bad it is

I agree with you, but sometimes it can be very hard as you are very gloomy and if you are not very optimistic in general. Thanks to my life i have some friends who are always ready to support me.

I think that in case you hear a diagnosis "prevalent cancer" in maybe really difficult to joke.... But even in this horrible situation one can find a positive moment like an opportunity to prepare for the death, because our body dies but our soul is eternal. And always remember that everything is possible with the help of the God!
