I clicked on the link, purely out of curiosity, and sure enough, there was an authentic-looking customer service survey, and then, in order to deposit the reward, a place to enter your Chase login..

I immediately forwarded it to abuse@chase.com--all of these banks, etc., have a department for handling this stuff, so please do send on any you get!
